Yesterday evening Tallan and Brantley came over and Tallan and I made mini pizzas. I found this on Pinterest recently and thought they'd be really good. And they are! :)
We made mini pepperoni pizzas but the possibilities are endless with this recipe. I want to try tomatoes and fresh basil on these next! Maybe add some bacon?? Oh goodness, I am making myself hungry!

We should do this with the girls. I think they 'd enjoy that. And then Phoebe can't complain if it's too spicy if she made it herself. :)
ReplyDeleteYes, this would be a great recipe to make with them! I think you could even pat out the rolls and bake them as is and then use them to make mini sandwiches -- fold the bread around a tad bit of fillings -- sort of like a taco shell.
